Terms and Conditions (Must read)

* We accept individual order(do not need to wait until spree closing date), however, additional RM20 will be added to compensate the international shipping fee. Shoe will be shipped directly from Korea to you and shall reach you within 7 to 10 working days after payment made. If order more than 5 pairs, follow the stated price and waive for RM20.

1) Price stated is included postage fee (regardless Peninsular Malaysia or Sabah & Sarawak). International buyers please e-mail us to check the shipping fee.

2) Payment Options
Online payment transfer/Cash deposit/Paypal

(Bank details to be provided after received order confirmation)

3) Shipping and distribution Mode
1. Order will be sent directly from Korea to me and I will send out to all buyers via POS Malaysia delivery services.

4) Delivery lead time from supplier to me
About 10 to 14 working days after spree closed.

5) Buyers are needed to pay full amount before the spree closing date. Do let us know if you have any difficulty to pay in full amount, we will try to work out something with you.

6) NO cancellation of orders or editing of orders after payment made unless the item is out of stock. We will refund full amount to you if is this case.

7) Request of exchanges or returns will not be entertained unless is seller's mistake i.e sent wrong size to buyer, send wrong color to buyer, send wrong item to buyer. Color difference or quality not up to buyer expectation are not the valid reason to request for returns. We ensure all items are send out in good condition.

8) Shoe Size Chart is provided. However, buyers are advised to measure their own feet size again before placing order.

9) KFS reserve the right to cancel the spree if the response is not good, or close the spree earlier to prevent items OOS.

10) All refunds will only be made at the end of the spree.
